A big THANK YOU to Anthony who came to the rescue on a Friday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem (which was urgent in that water/sewer leaked into the garage & none of the plumbing was working suddenly). When he left everything was fully functioning and I am relieved & grateful I didn’t have to spend the weekend in a hotel. In addition he was so kind & easy to work with. Thank you again, Anthony!

Carlos R was AMAZING!! My kids flushed something down the toilet while potty training and I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new toilet. He ran over all my options and since I’m not made of money he started with the less expensive service. Things weren’t looking great but he continued and didn’t give up. Before moving on to the more expensive option he gave it a few more goes (45min-an hour) of just snaking it out and HE GOT IT. It was the top lid to my lotion and he broke right through it lol! He was as happy as I was! Dragged it out and all fixed! I’m so happy! Price was great and he also applied a discount that was in their new app onto my service bill. Just so awesome. The technician that came to my home fixed my issue with a sump pump back up battery. His name was Aaron. He kept me informed of his arrival time. He was very courteous and explained everything that he was doing. He was outstanding! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

I have used Roto Rooter for years. When I've had a problem they sent a tech right away. Adam and Jason were great. Adam noticed a problem with my water coming into the house. I had to replace a regulator and I needed a new hot water heater. They had it all in one day. Everything up to code. They cleaned everything up. Very friendly, and dependable.

When I couldn’t get anyone to come and help fix my plumbing problem, this company saved the day. The technician, Nate, was polite, kind, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Nate is clearly an expert in his field and he deserves more than 5 stars!
